Who may open this system on this browserThe Viewer account opens Dashboard, Schedule and Summary only — it cannot generate, edit or clear a plan. Sign-in details are kept in this browser and the check runs in the browser: it keeps a viewer out of the editing tools on a shared machine, but it is not a server login and it does not encrypt the file.

Working shift rotation
Who is on duty each dateNew months continue this rotation automatically. On the Schedule tab, click any team letter in the Day or Night duty row to change a single date.
Planner rules
Applied on Generate- Every date gets exactly 2 planned drills — one Day, one Night.
- The Day drill and the Night drill on the same date are always different.
- A team never repeats a drill within the month until it has used all of them.
- Each month continues where the previous month stopped, so the drill titles differ month to month.
